Workshops cover a variety of topics from Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Nutrition, Weight and Curcuit Training, Meditation, Weight Loss, Martial Arts etc. Pilates is embraced not only as a form of specialized training and physical rehabilitation, but as a deeply effective methodto achieve health and well-being. Pilates exercises were primarily developed to align, lengthen and strengthen. Simply put, Pilates feels good. As Joseph Pilates himself said "You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, and have a completely new body in 30 sessions." What to expect: *A full line of modifications to excel your practice Regardless of fitness level, age, experience, or background, each Pilates posture can be adapted to each individual need. In the workshop, you will learn and practice different variations and modifications to find the right fit for you. Then, when you're at home, doing your next ab workout, or taking a mat Pilates class, you'll know exactly what to do to flow through the exercises smoothly. Each participant will receive a printed handout detailing the exercises taught. The handout is complete with pictures and descriptions, so you can take your new Pilates workout home.
