2 HR YOGA WORKSHOP

This special workshop is focused on re-igniting your inner fire and transforming from burn-out to inspiration.

The intent of yoga is not only to increase our strength and flexibility, but also to promote health and vitality...to balance the body and the mind.
This class focuses on approaching each asana with strength, grace and power; allowing you to transform your thoughts and refocus your energy.

Learn how to reduce stress with yoga postures, and breathing techniques.


*This is a mixed-level class.

2 HR. CORE WORKSHOP

Don't confuse an ab routine with a core workout. A true program develops dozens of muscles attached to the hips, pelvis, lower back, and abdominals.
We'll focus on these muscle groups to help build a strong, solid core.
This 2 hr workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of how to use your core muscles more effectively.
*Don't be intimidated by the "2hr" length - this class will be taught in a workshop format - with breaks and plenty of time for questions.
The goal is not only to get a great workout, but to also get a better understanding of how to do the exercises properly.
