Having been a personal trainer for 20 years, I’ve seen fads come and go… The simple truth is – you don’t need the latest diet or gadget.
 I promote making healthy lifestyle changes that you can stick with.
As a 39 year old mother of 2, I recognize the challenges of balancing work and family… keeping fit has been my saving grace.
You CAN have children and still be in great shape!
I get immense gratification in knowing that I make a difference in people's lives and inspire them to feel better about themselves.

In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, I also have over 20 years experience as a yoga instructor,
I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500, their highest level of recognition.

 

Yoga encourages us to approach our lives with understanding and grace.
This is what I have experienced and this is what I teach..........

 

I believe that the practice of Yoga is a dance of awakening that ultimately leads to a deeper
understanding of yourself and a more personal connection with the world around you.

 

My classes are woven with the knowledge that I have gained from the many styles of yoga I have studied.
My goal is to blend the knowledge and experience of life itself into each yoga class.
Each class evolves with flowing movements that are lead by the breath.
I hope to leave my students content and open to the abundance of the moment.

I have been blessed to have my knowledge and growth nurtured by many great teachers.
I hope to pass on the practice of yoga in its purest form and share with my students the gifts that yoga has given to me.

 

Encouraging others to find the balance and joy that yoga can bring into their daily lives
