I believe that fitness is acquired by living each day in the best way that you can and making choices that serve you well. The combination of daily exercise, a positive mind-set and healthy nutrition all add up to fitness.



Having been a personal trainer for 20 years, I’ve seen fads come and go… The simple truth is – you don’t need the latest diet or gadget. I promote making healthy lifestyle changes that you can stick with. As a 40 year old mother of 2, I recognize the challenges of balancing work and family… keeping fit has been my saving grace. You CAN have children and still be in great shape! I get immense gratification in knowing that I make a difference in people's lives and inspire them to feel better about themselves.

In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, I also have over 20 years experience as a yoga instructor.
Yoga encourages us to approach our lives with understanding and grace. This is what I have experienced and this is what I teach...

I believe that the practice of Yoga is a dance of awakening that ultimately leads to a deeper understanding of yourself and a more personal connection with the world around you. This has profoundly influenced me as a trainer and my approach to training emphasizes the body-mind connection.

Encouraging others to find the balance and joy that good health and fitness can bring into their daily lives is my way of showing gratitude for everything that I have attained during my own personal journey.
