The Fitness Underground’s “SURFING PERFORMANCE WORKOUT PROGRAM” focuses on improving balance, flexibility, strength, agility, mental clarity, core stability and cardio conditioning, which are all essential parts of surfing performance, physical fitness and good health.  We have developed a new and innovative sport specific fitness program designed to keep surfers fit, healthy and performing at the highest level possible.

Each workout component blends seamlessly to create a highly beneficial health and fitness program geared to improving the performance and well being of surfers.

Strength training is accomplished through the use of various sound and proven methods of exercise from traditional free weight training to the revolutionary- TRX Suspension Training system. Flexibility and Balance training through the practice of Yoga, established sports specific exercises and stretching. Speed and Agility through Plyometrics and drills.

30-DAY SHRED

Our 30-day Shred Fitness Program is the most cost effective way to kickstart your fitness routine. Get started right away with the correct exercise methods and the right nutritional plan - whether your goal is to begin a new exercise program, shed body fat, build muscle, lose weight or to just improve your existing workouts and to kick it up to the next level… the 30-day Shred is just the thing for you.

This is an intense 30 day program designed to maximize your fitness potential and give you dramatic results at an accelerated pace. We will design a custom circuit training workout for you that will boost your metabolism, reduce your body fat and get you feeling great!

The program includes:

* Body Composition Analysis
* Individualized 4-week Program
* Nutritional Strategy - Personalized based on your fitness goals
* 30-day Food Diary Monitoring & Consultation
* Email Support
* 5 private sessions per week (20 private sessions total). Sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hr.
* Unlimited free group classes for the month

Fee: $1,100 (this rate applies to South Bay residents only)

FITNESS-AT-WORK:
              


The Fitness Underground brings yoga or fitness boot-camp directly to you.
We provide a certified trainer - You provide the students (your employees) and the classroom space. Classes usually meet one or two times per week, and sessions can be of any duration of four weeks or more, whatever is most convenient for your group and budget.

Class details:


Class times: Customized to your meet your needs
What to wear: comfortable clothing that you can move around in
What to bring: maybe a bottle of water, a yoga mat, yourself and an open mind 
Facility needs: All you need is a quiet, open space or conference room. Outdoor classes can be arranged, please email for details.
The Fitness Underground will provide your company with flyers to post in the common areas such as cafeteria, break rooms or bulletin boards.
The Fitness Underground will send a monthly announcement e-mail to all employees.


Rates:


Companies have three options in hosting classes:

1. Full subsidy:  Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee.

2. Partial subsidy:  Class fee is shared by employee and employer.

3. Hosting:  Employer offers a space in the office for the class time and employees individually pay for classes.
