Semi-Private Instruction:
 

 

 

A fun, affordable way to get in shape with a group of friends in a personal setting.
       

We offer Yoga, Pilates Mat-Work and Cardio-KickBoxing for small groups. (up to 4 people)

 

This is for the serious student (beginner thru advanced) who wants a regularly scheduled
class in order to receive the ultimate benefits of a consistent practice.

Working with a personal trainer in a semi-private session creates a comfortable atmosphere
where you will get more hands on attention than you would ever get in a public class.

Each semi-private session is designed to meet the needs of the group.
This is an excellent way to strengthen group dynamics, and celebrate community.

You will be guided through your Wu Chi Do workout by a certified instructor/personal trainer/martial arts black belt, making your Wu Chi Do workout experience a safe, rewarding and pleasurable one.

Wu Chi represents a sense of stillness within movement. There is an actual experience of being able to move utilizing qualities of ease,
timing and balance in which the experience is very dynamic and yet essentially at one's core, there is a feeling of stillness.

Yoga-at-Work :              


The Fitness Underground brings yoga directly to you.
We provide a certified yoga teacher - You provide the students (your employees) and the classroom space.
Classes usually meet one or two times per week, and sessions can be of any duration of eight weeks or more,
whatever is most convenient for your group and budget.

There is no better way to kickstart your day than with an early morning yoga class.
Staff will notice the difference when starting the day with a rejuvenating class for body and mind that
will leave them much more energized than sleeping in - we guarantee!

 

Lunchtime Yoga


Take a mid-day break from your hectic schedule by infusing relaxation and movement to help relieve tight muscles,
aches, and pains. Relieve stress and tension and bring strength, flexibility and focus back into your day with this 45 minute class.  Forget the power lunch, lunchtime yoga is an excellent way to recharge & refresh and is sure to become a popular lunchtime retreat! “Let’s do lunch” will become “Let’s do yoga”.

 

After Hours Yoga


After a long day of work, take a breath and let it all go as you enjoy some time for yourself. 
Become stronger, more relaxed and balanced in this hour long class.

 

 

Class details:

  • Class times: Customized to your meet your needs
  • What to wear: comfortable clothing that you can move around in, we practice barefoot
  • What to bring: maybe a bottle of water, a yoga mat, yourself and an open mind 
  • Facility needs: All you need is a quiet, open space or conference room
  • The Fitness Underground will provide your company with flyers to post in the common areas such as cafeteria, break rooms or bulletin boards.
  • The Fitness Underground will send a monthly announcement e-mail to all employees.

Rates:


Companies have three options in hosting yoga classes:


1. Full subsidy:  Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee.

2. Partial subsidy:  Class fee is shared by employee and employer.

3. Hosting:  Employer offers a space in the office for the class time and employees individually pay for classes.

A Yoga Party is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with friends, family, co-workers and

This package includes a fitness consultation, assistance setting up your home gym,

Online Personal Training: *$20 A MONTH

A perfect program for people who are self-driven and like to take a do-it-yourself approach,
people who don’t have the time in their schedule to meet with a personal trainer or who are
looking for a very affordable way to have the resources and the some of the benefits of having
a trained fitness professional in their corner without the cost. Please keep in mind, although
this may not be as effective as working with a personal trainer “face to face”, it is a more
effective and safer way to train on your own. Our expert guidance, specialized workouts, email
support and motivation will help you every step of the way.

 

With this training option, you get personalized monthly workouts designed by one of our certified
personal trainers with your fitness goals in mind. After completing our comprehensive fitness
questionnaire and evaluation forms we will design a monthly “personalized” exercise program based
on how much time you have a day to devote to your exercise program.
(note: a minimum of 3o minutes/ 3-4 times a week is recommended for improved health and noticeable results),
what equipment you have access to and most important your over-all fitness goals. 
 

*Unlike many online personal training programs, there are no contracts, no long-term commitments or any hidden costs,
