$100/hr for all locations outside of our service area
All sessions are a one hour block
(Extended time blocks available; ask about special rates.)
*To keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals, we offer free email support for all of our clients that are signed up for private sessions.
*All Private Training Clients that train at least twice a week get free access to all beach boot camp classes

SEMI-PRIVATE INSTRUCTION:
A fun, affordable way to get in shape with a group of friends in a personal setting.
This is for the serious student (beginner thru advanced) who wants a regularly scheduled class in order to receive the ultimate benefits of a consistent practice.
Working with a personal trainer in a semi-private session creates a comfortable atmosphere where you will get more hands on attention than you would ever get in a public class.
Each semi-private session is designed to meet the needs of the group.
This is an excellent way to strengthen group dynamics, and celebrate community.
1 day/week - $90
2 days/week - $80 each session
3 days/week - $70 each session
*No more than 4 people (which means classes can be as low as $17.50 per person!)
All sessions are a one hour block

30-DAY SHRED
Our 30-day Shred Fitness Program is the most cost effective way to kickstart your fitness routine. Get started right away with the correct exercise methods and the right nutritional plan - whether your goal is to begin a new exercise program, shed body fat, build muscle, lose weight or to just improve your existing workouts and to kick it up to the next level… the 30-day Shred is just the thing for you.
This is an intense 30 day program designed to maximize your fitness potential and give you dramatic results at an accelerated pace. We will design a custom circuit training workout for you that will boost your metabolism, reduce your body fat and get you feeling great!
